How We Work: Agentic-First Engineering
At JTL, AI-assisted design is not optional - it's how we create. UX/UI Designers on our team actively use tools like Figma AI, AI-Prototyping or design assistants as part of their daily workflow.
What this means in practice:
- You use AI assistants and generative tools to accelerate wireframing, prototyping, design exploration, and asset creation - and you know when to rely on your own design instincts.
- You'recomfortable with AI-driven workflows: giving AI tools high-level design prompts, critically evaluating their output, and iterating based on your design expertise.
- You stay curious about new AI-assisted design approaches and actively experiment with integrating them into your process.
Your Responsibilities:
- You develop and scale design systems across multiple products (patterns, tokens, components).
- You actively apply UX methods such as user research, journey mapping, and usability testing in product development.
- You structure complex or ambiguous problem spaces and derive clear UX strategies.
- You present and confidently communicate design decisions to teams and leadership.
- You mentor junior and mid-level designers and help raise the overall design quality.
- You drive iterative product improvements based on user feedback and data.
