How We Work: Agentic-First Engineering
At JTL, AI-assisted design is not optional - it's how we create. UX/UI Designers on our team actively use tools like Figma AI, AI-Prototyping or design assistants as part of their daily workflow.
What this means in practice:
- You use AI assistants and generative tools to accelerate wireframing, prototyping, design exploration, and asset creation - and you know when to rely on your own design instincts.
- You'recomfortable with AI-driven workflows: giving AI tools high-level design prompts, critically evaluating their output, and iterating based on your designexpertise.
- You stay curious about new AI-assisted design approaches and actively experiment with integrating them into your process.
Your Responsibilities
- You design complex user interfaces and experiences from concept to implementation, collaborating closelywith product managers and engineers.
- You create intuitive UX concepts and translate complex requirements into clear user experiences.
- You work within existing design systems and contribute to their evolution when needed.
- You design web applications (e.g.dashboards, forms, complex flows).
- You actively gather and integrate user feedback tovalidateyour design decisions.
- You work iteratively and improve products based on real usage.
