Your profile
First experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles is a plus
Strong communication skills in German & English (other languages are a plus, but not required)
Interest in e-commerce, SaaS, or tax technology
Structured way of working and a proactive problem-solving attitude
Team player with motivation to grow in a scale-up environment
